DECREE OF THE REGISTER OF WILLS
AND NOW, this 26th day of February, 2013, upon consideration of the Petition for
Probate and Grant of Letters filed by Bridget A. Myers and Suzanne S. Friday, Esquire,
including the averment that all assets of the Estate will remain in the custody and control of
resident co-personal representative, filed on February 26, 2013, IT IS HEREBY DECREED
that the surety bond set for Bridget A. Myers in the amount of $20,000.00 is waived.
IT IS FURTHER DECREED that Letters of Administration are hereby issued
to Bridget A. Myers and Suzanne S. Friday, Esquire, who shall have all the rights and duties of
fiduciaries under the laws of Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the administration of this estate
according to law.
