AND NOW, this 27th day of February 2013, upon consideration of the Petition for
Citation to Show Cause Why Executor Should Not File an Inventory and Account of
Administration, and the answer filed by Respondent, it is ORDERED and DIRECTED as
follows:
1. The Petition for Citation Directing Filing of an Inventory is deemed MOOT, as
Respondent filed an inventory with the Cumberland County Register of Wills
on 11 January 2013;
2. The Petition for Citation Directing Filing of a Formal Interim Accounting is
GRANTED;
3. Respondent is afforded 45 days from the filing of his answer to file a formal
interim accounting; and
4. No further relief is granted at this time.
