ORPHANS' COURT DIVISION
DECREE
AND NOW, this ~~~ti day of February, 2013, upon consideration of the
Petition of Ruth M. Osborne, and pursuant to 20 Pa. C.S.A. §3102, it is hereby ordered
and decreed that the Estate of Mimi A. DeVenney, Deceased, be awarded to Robert
DeVenney and Samuel A. DeVenney, to the extent any net estate exists, without
advertising or notice to any individual or entity, except for the Pa. O. Ct. R. 5.6 to the
intestate heirs of Mimi A. DeVenney and the heirs set forth in Paragraph Third of the
Will attached as Exhibit "B" to the Petition, and without appraisement, and with authority
of Ruth M. Osborne to, without bond, receive and collect all assets of the Estate of Mimi
A. DeVenney, pay any outstanding bills finally settled as due and payable from the said
estate, to pay the cost of administration of the estate, pay any amounts due the Estate
Recovery Program, pay any remaining estate to the intestate beneficiaries, and make
any and all necessary assignments and transfers.
