IN RE: PETITION TO APPROVE SETTLEMENT
ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 28~h day of February 2013, upon consideration of the Petition to
Approve Settlement, it is ORDERED and DIRECTED as follows:
1. The Orphans' Court Division shall transfer the Petition to Approve Settlement,
currently filed under docket number 21-11-1228, to the Prothonotary's Office
to be filed under civil docket number 2012-00284;
2. The partial settlement with Progressive Insurance in the amount of $15,000 is
approved;
3. The settlement with State Farm Insurance in the amount of $100,000 is
approved;
4. The request for attorneys' fees and costs set forth in the petition are approved
and shall be paid to Shollenberger & Januzzi, LLP from the settlement
proceeds;
5. The balance of the funds are to be placed in an escrow account with Attorney
David Stone and the law firm of Stone, LaFaver & Shekletski to be distributed
to the beneficiaries of Skyler Wenger as required by Pennsylvania law.
