WHEREAS, SCOTT HAIR and ELIZABETH HAIR, his wife, have executed a contract
with LEBANON VALLEY MOBILE HOMES, INC., of 1341 East Main $1reet, Palmyra, PA 17078
for the erection of a residential dwelling upon a tract of land situate on 310 Zion Road,
Newburg, PA 17240, more particularly described in the deed of DANIEL G. ESH, et al. to
ScoTr HAIR and ELIZABETH HAIR, his wife, dated November 10, 1994, and recorded in the
Office of the Recorder of Deeds for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania in Deed Book 114, Page
842.
NOW, NOVEMBER 1, 2004, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the
prinoipal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Owners to the said
Contractor to commence work on Said building, or to purchase materials for the same in
consideration of the making of the said contract with the ~aid Contractor and the further
consideration of the sum of One and no/100 ($1.00) Dollar to contractor paid by said Owners, it
is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by ~ contractor, or any subcontractor,
nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other pemon for any labor or materials
purchased or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file
such liens being expressly waived.
WITNESS our hands and seals the day and year aforesaid.
