NOW, this lZ/L day of _~7~-~/ 2013, the within Petition to Approve
Resignation of Trustee and Appointment of a Successor Trustee having been presented, read,
considered and ordered to be filed, it is hereby ordered and decreed that
(1) Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company's resignation as trustee is approved and
F&M Trust Company is substituted as trustee of the Trust set forth in the within
Petition; and
(2) Upon transfer ofthe corpus ofthe Trust from F&M Trust Company to Manufacturers
and Traders Trust Company, Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company is
discharged from all liabilities, actions, suits, payments, accounts, reckonings, claims
and demands in connection with the Trust.
