Broujos, Broujos and Gilroy, P.C. sets forth the following Petition: 1. Andrea Stoup is an adult individual citizen of the United States and eligible for registration. 2. Her address is 1209 Sherwood Drive, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in the Third Ward Third Precinct of the Borough of Carlisle. 3. She was born March 16, 1986 in Carlisle and is 18 years of age. Her social security number is 167-68-3324. 4. On April 21, 2004 around 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., she was acting as a lifeguard at the Carlisle YMCA. 5. At that time, on a Wednesday, a group known as the Young Professionals was soliciting registrations from youth. 6. Petitioner signed an application for registration by members of the organization who assisted her in completing the application and who advised her that they would deliver the application to the Election Board in Carlisle. 7. Her father advised her that she should have a voting card and he called the Election Board and discovered that she was not registered to vote. 8. That fact has been confirmed by contact with the Election Board. 9. She desires to vote in the election on Tuesday, November 2, 2004 and request the Court to direct the Election Board to place her name on the registration roles and to ensure that her name is on the registration records in order to permit her to vote. WHEREFORE, She requests the Honorable Court to direct the Election Board to place her name upon the registration records so that she can vote in her precinct on November 2, 2004. John IC.
