Petition for Revocation and Reissuance of Letters of Administration
AND NOW, TO WIT, this 8'~ day of March, 2013, comes our Petitioner, Judy A. Estill, one
of the Co-Executors of the Estate of Marlin L. Marsh, by her attorneys, Morris & Vedder, LLP, and
files this Petition for Revocation and Reissuance of Letters of Administration, of which the
following is a statement:
1. Marlin L. Marsh (the "Decedent") died on November 27, 2010, intestate, a resident
of the County of CUMBERLAND, leaving to survive him as the persons entitled to his estate, his
three (3) children, Judy A. Estill, Susan Ann Kuhn and Brenda S. Speck.
2. On January 14, 2011, Letters of Administration were issued to Judy A. Estill and
Susan A. Kuhn by the Kegister of Wills.

3. By Renunciations dated November 8, 2012 and filed of record on November 20,
2012, Judy A. Estill and Brenda S. Speck, two of the Decedent's daughters, renounced their
right to-administrator the estate in favor of Lacy Hayes, Jr., Esquire.
4. By Renunciations believed to be filed of record on November 19, 2012, Susan
A. Kuhn, the other daughter of Decedent, likewise renounced her right to-administrator the
estate in favor of Lacy Hayes, Jr., Esquire.
5 • Lacy Hayes, Jr., Esquire, has agreed to serve as administrator and complete the
administration of the estate.
WHEREFORE, your Petitioner, Judy A. Estill, respectfully requests your Honorable
Court to revoke the letters previously issued and direct the Register of Wills to reissue letters to
Lacy Hayes, Jr., Esquire, as administrator.
