Execution and Claim for Exemption Form to a person representing themselves to be Joel DiPietrok,
husband of Vera, who accepted as"Adult Person in Charge"for the within named Defendant, to wit:Vera
L DiPietro at 21 .S 27th Street, Camp Hill Borough, Camp Hill, PA 17011, informed person of contents of
same and levied upon personal property as directed.
05/22/2013 07:25 PM- Noah Cline, Deputy , being duly sworn according to law, states that on May 22, 2013 at 7:25
PM hours, served the requested Writ of Execution and Claim for Exemption Form by"personally"handing
a true and attested copy to a person representing themselves to be the Defendant, to wit: Joel Dipietro at
21 S 27th Street, Camp Hill Borough, Camp Hill, PA 17011, informed Defendant of contents of same and
levied upon personal property as directed. Postcard and copy of levy mailed to attorney and letter mailed
to defendant on May 24, 2013.
