AND NOW comes Robert D. Firkal, Executor of the Estate of Roberta I. Konsko, by and
through Michael L. Bangs, Esquire, attorney for the estate, and Martin F. Butler, Objector, by
and through his attorney Patti S. Spencer, Esquire, and enter into the following Stipulation:
1. All Objections filed by Martin F. Butler to the First and Final Account filed by Robert
D. Firkal, Exeautor of the Estate of Roberta I. Konsko, on July 24, 2012, are withdrawn.
2. Martin F. Butler shall pay all Auditor fees incurred to date totaling $2,900.00 and
authorizes the Executor to deduct the sum of $2,900.00 from the distribution due Martin F.
Butler as set forth in the First and Final Account f led on July 24, 2012.
3. The parties authorize that the distribution of the amount of $2,500.00 that was paid
into court as a deposit against the Auditor's costs be released to the Auditor immediately. The
remaining $400.00 due the Auditor shall be paid by the Executor directly to the Auditor from
Martin F. Butler's share of the estate as set forth in the First and Final Account.
4. The First and Final Account filed by the Executor should be confirmed with the
modification as set forth in this Stipulation, specifically that $2,900.00 should be withheld from
the amounts due Martin F. Butler under the Estate pf Roberta I. Konsko to pay for the Auditor's
fees as stated herein.

S. The Auditor has reviewed and approved this Stipulation and recommends the
resolution of tine matter as set forth in this Stipulation.
