Replacement of broken dishwasher and ceiling light fixtures. Update counter cooktop; Nicotine preparation applied to walls and ceilings. This had to be done two times due to cigarette smoke damage; All ceilings and walls were painted after the nicotine preparation; Carpets replaced due to cigarette smoke damage; Tile floor in master bathroom replaced due to water/plumbing damage; Lower hallway ceiling repaired due to water/plumbing damage; Repairs necessary to furnace, air conditioning, and electric; Repairs made to the house front overhang soffit and gutters; Repairs made to roof vent; Outside door hand railing repaired due to legal code; Outside door step and entry walk resurfaced and made safe; Tree in front of the front door was limbed up for visibility; Main bathroom was updated with a neutral toilet, sink and vanity, and tub was resurfaced; and Master bathroom was updated with a neutral toilet, sink and vanity. 5 COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA ss COUNTY OF CUMBERLAND Krista N.
