Enclosed please find a separate envelope for Joye, Hazel and Brenda. Enclosed in each
envelope is a copy of the Inheritance Tax Return, a copy of a spreadsheet which shows the final
distribution of the estate assets to each of Ruth's siblings. Also enclosed aze a Family Settlement
Agreement and an Acknowledgement of Receipt and Release. The copies of the Inheritance and
spreadsheet are for informational purposes only and may be kept by each of the beneficiaries.
Family Settlement Agreement•
This document will need to be signed by you as Co-Executor, and Hazel, Brenda and
Joye as beneficiaries. Please witness the various signatures.
Acknowledgement of Receipt and Release•
Each beneficiary will need to sign their own Acknowledgement of Receipt and Release
which needs to be witnessed and dated, but not notarized. Enclosed is a check
representing the balance of each beneficiaries share in the estate.
Please return the signed Acknowledgement of Receipt from each of the beneficiaries, as
well as the signed signature page to the Family Settlement Agreement. Upon my receipt of these
signed documents from each of the beneficiaries, this estate will be complete. Please call me if
you have any questions. I look forward to getting the signed documents in the mail.
