Counsel for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Revenue, it is hereby
Ordered and Directed that Jason D. Bobro and Regis W. Bobro, Jr., Co-Administrators of
the estate of Regis W. Bobro, Sr., deceased, in accordance with the Inheritance and Estate
Tax Act of 1991, pay the Inheritance Tax due by on the joint bank account held with
Regis W. Bobro, Sr., deceased, and bear the cost of the action within 60 days of the entry
of this Order and service of same upon.
