ORDER
AND NOW, this -(S-'* day of March, 2013, following review of the deposition of
Stanley M. Deimler, Sr., the Court concludes that the mower, which is the subject of this motion,
was, in fact, purchased by Betty J. Gingrich. Although purchased for use in the decedent's
mowing business, we are satisfied that she retained the power to dispose of the asset.
Accordingly, the within Motion to Compel Betty J. Gingrich to Return Value of Assets to Estate
is DENIED.
