PRELIMINARY DECREE
AND NOW, on this OI.u q- dayof .11tA....IAA~ 2007, on consideration ofthe Petition
of William P. Line and Winifred P. Line, by and through their attorneys, Martson Deardorff
Williams Otto Gilroy & Faller, it is hereby ordered and decreed that a Citation is awarded and
directed to Roger W. Line, the alleged incapacitated person, to show cause why he should not be
adjudged an incapacitated person and why William P. Line and Winifred P. Line should not be
appointed permanent and plenary guardians of his estate and of his person and why Arthur P. Line
should not be appointed as alternate permanent and plenary guardian ofthe {:state and Susan Shotto
should not be appointed as alternate permanent and plenary guardian of the person, in the event the
said William P. Line and Winifred P. Line are unable to serve in such capacity. A hearing on this
matter shall be held in Courtroom No. L of the Cumberland County Courthouse in Carlisle,
CumberlandCounty,Pennsylvania,on 1J;t1~A _ :1..1 ,2007,at 1/ " /5 o'clock C{.

At least twenty (20) days notice of the hearing shall be given to the alleged incapacitated
person and the presumptive heirs listed in the Petition by personal service or by regular and certified
mail.
