ROLLINS I, MARGARET H. ROLLINS, of 4400 Pheasant Hill Road, Apartment No. 323, Harrisburg Post Office, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, declare this to be my last Will and revoke all Wills and Codicils previously made by me. ITEM 1. I direct that all my just debts not barred by the statute of limitations and the expenses of my illness and burial, including an appropriate grave marker if none has already been provided, shall be paid from my residuary estate as soon as practicable after my decease as a part of the expense of the administration of my estate. ITEM 2. I give the residue of my estate as follows: (a) One equal share to my niece, PATRICIA F. NELSON; (b) One equal share to JAY R. NELSON, husband of my niece, Patricia F. Nelson; (c) Two equal shares to my niece, SUSAN O'BRIEN, with a request that she provide from her share for the special needs of her brother, WILLIAM REISSER; and (d) One equal share for my niece, NORMANDY REISSER PACCICO. ITEM 3. If any beneficiary named in Item 2(a)-(d) of my Will does not survive me by thirty days, I give that beneficiary's share to the beneficiary's issue per stirpes who survive me by thirty days. If any beneficiary named in Item 2(a)-(d) of my Will does not survive me by thirty days Document 103350.2 and leaves no issue who survive me by thirty days, that beneficiary's share shall lapse and be given to my other heirs in Item 2(a)-(d) of my Will, in proportion as they otherwise take shares of my residuary estate. ITEM 4. My Executrix and Executor shall have the following powers in addition to those vested in her or him by law and by other provisions of my Will applicable to all property, whether principal or income, exercisable without court approval, and effective until actual distribution of all property: (a) To retain and invest any and all assets in my estate without restriction to investments authorized for Pennsylvania fiduciaries, as they deem proper, without regard to any principle of diversification of risk. (b) To sell at public or private sale, to exchange, or to lease for any period of time any real or personal property and to give options for sales, exchanges or leases, for such prices and upon such terms or conditions as they deem proper. (c) To allocate receipts and expenses to principal or income or partly to each as they in their sole discretion think proper. (d) To compromise claims. (e) To distribute in cash or kind or partly each. (f) To exercise any law given option to treat administration expenses either as income tax or estate tax deductions, without regard to whether the expenses were paid from principal or income, and without requiring reimbursement.
