ac hea"'ring, atgr Order of December 20, 2012 , is amended as follows:
1 . The following is added to Paragraph No. 3 :
A. Mrs. Knisely shall receive monthly statements
from Bryn-Mawr Trust, as well as be provided copies of her
monthly statements to her M & T Bank checking account .
B. None of Mrs . Knisely' s children may accept
any money from Mrs . Knisely without express permission of this
Court .
2 . Paragraph 4 is deleted and replaced with the
following:
With regard to access to Mrs . Knisely, is hereby
ordered and directed as follows :
A. Mrs . Knisely may have unfettered telephone or
internet access with Samuel Scott Knisely to be initiated by
her. Samuel Scott Knisely is prohibited from contacting his
mother by phone or by Internet except through contact instituted
by her.
B. Mrs. Knisely may visit with Samuel Scott
Knisely any time she so desires. The visitations shall be
arranged through a neutral third party to be agreed upon by the
children (and absent agreement to be decided by this Court) .
Such visits shall be in the presence of whomever, if anyone,
Mrs. Knisely chooses.
C. Under no circumstances shall Samuel Scott
Knisely move Mrs . Knisely from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania 0� i

without the express consent of both guardians of her person or
the approval of this Court .
D. No party may discuss this litigation with
Mrs. Knisely.
In all other respects, our Order of December 20,
2012 , shall remain in full force and effect.
