Vhereag, The Rutt Family Sonshine, LP, hereinafter called the Owner, is about to execute contemporaneously
with Keystone Custom Homes, Inc. of 227 Granite Run Drive, Suite 100, Lancaster, PA 17601, hereinafter called the
Contractor.. a contract for the erection or construction of a SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING upon the lot of ground known as
3917 Trayer Lane, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050, Silver Brook, Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
described in Exhibit "A" hereof, of which The Rutt Family Sonshine, LP is the title holder of record, as more particularly
described in Deed Book , Page ; and

contract, and before any authority has been given by the Owner to the Contractor to commence work on said building or
improvement, to purchase materials for the same, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between said parties as part of
said contract and for the consideration therein set forth, nether the undersigned Contractor, any Sub - contractor or material
man, nor any other person furnishing labor or materials to the said Contractor under the contract entered into between said
parties shall file a lien for work done or material furnished to said building, improvements or any part thereof.

with the requirements of the Act of August 24, 1963, P.L. 497, as amended,

more particularly bounded and described as follows to wit:
Beginning at a point on the northern right -of -way line of Trayer Lane at the southwest
corner of Lot #71; thence along said right -of -way line by a curve to the left, said curve
having a radius of 525.00 feet and an arc distance of 80.15 feet to a point; thence
along the same S79-29-01W 20.16 feet to a point being the southeast corner of Lot
#73; thence along Lot #73 N10- 30 -59W 150.00 feet to a point at lands N/F of
Mark X. Disanto, Existing Lot #77, Plan Book 91, Page 82; thence along said lands
N79-29-01E 100.00 feet to a point being the northwest corner of Lot #71; thence
along Lot #71 S10- 30 -59E 156.11 feet to a point, being the place of beginning.
