STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, MOHAMMAD T. QURESHI and NUDRAT QURESHI, the OWNERS of the real estate
described below, has or is about to execute a contract with SCOTT DANNER HOME IMPROVEMENTS
whose principal business address is _ 21 KIM ACRES DRIVE, MECHANICSBURG, PA 17055 , to construct
improvements to a single family dwelling upon lands situate at 14 BIRCH STREET, MECHANICSBURG,
CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, and more particularly bounded and described on Exhibit "A"
attached hereto and made a part hereof; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, this K day of I)q AV( �k 2013, before any authority had been given by
SCOTT DANNER HOME IMPROVEMENTS to commence work on said facilities, or purchase materials for
same, in consideration of making of the above - described Contract with MOHAMMAD T. QURESHI and NUDRAT
QURESHI, Owners, and in further consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar paid to the general contractor by
MOHAMMAD T. QURESHI and NUDRAT QURESHI, Owners, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, it is
agreed that no liens or claims shall be filed or maintained against the Owner's facilities and the land above -
described, or upon MOHAMMAD T. QURESHI and NUDRAT QURESHI, the Owners, by the general contractor,
or any of its subcontractors, or by any of the materialmen or workmen, or any other person acting through or
under them, for or on account of any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for,
towards, in or about the erection, construction, design and improvement of said facilities, under said contract or
otherwise, the right to have, file and maintain such liens or claims against the facilities, the land above - described,
and MOHAMMAD T. QURESHI and NUDRAT QURESHI, the Owners, being hereby expressly waived by the
general contractor for itself, its subcontractors, all materialmen, or workmen and other acting through or under
them.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, each of the arties by their duly authorized representatives have hereunto
executed the Stipulation Against Liens this Iay of Mae-C, k 2013.

EXHIBIT "A"
ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land, situate in the Silver Spring Township, Cumberland
County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows, to
wit:
BEGINNING at the northeast corner of Lot No. 4 of Silver Spring Development Company, which
point is located on the western side of a 33 -foot right of way; thence along the western side of the
said 33 -foot right of way, South 3 degrees 15 minutes West, 60 feet to a point which point is
located on the division line of Lots Nos. 3 and 4 of Silver Spring Development Company; thence
along said division line, North 86 degrees 45 minutes West, a distance of 125 feet to a point;
thence North 3 degrees 15 minutes East along the division line of Lot No. 4 and the land now or
formerly of Valley Concrete Products Corporation, 60 feet to a point on the dividing line of Lots
Nos. 4 and 5 of Silver Spring Development Company; thence South 86 degrees 45 minutes East
along the division line of Lots Nos. 4 and 5, a distance of 125 feet to the point and place of
BEGINNING.
BEING Lot No. 4 on the Plan of Lots known as Silver Spring Development Company,
HAVING THEREON ERECTED a one -story ranch type brick dwelling house.
BEING THE SAME PREMISES which TMS Mortgage, Inc., d /b /a The Money Store, by Deed
dated September 9, 1998 and recorded September 21, 1998 in the Office of the Recorder of
Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Book 185, Page 741, granted and
conveyed unto Mohammed T. Qureshi and Nudrat Qureshi.
