Re: Distribution from the Estate of Suzanne Abbe(the"Estate")
Dear Christopher:
A check transfer in the amount of$141,000 representing full distribution of your share of Mom's
Estate is enclosed.
This distribution is based upon the information available to me at this point. The calculation of
this distribution has been made without the benefit of knowing whether any future claims will be
made against the Estate. It is unlikely that any such claims exist,however,these unknown claims
can be made for up to one year(until March 25, 2012)after notice was given as to the establish-
ment of the Estate. Therefore, it is possible, that you may have to refund a part or all of this dis-
tribution to the Estate to cover any unanticipated claims.
If you have any questions that you would like to direct to the Estate's attorney, Scott Dinner, he
