DEGREE OF THE REGISTER OF WILLS
AND NOW,this 20th day of March,2013,upon consideration of the Petition
for Grant of Letters filed by Martha Wagner, for the above decedent and the
instrument offered for probate as the Last Will and Testament,which is dated July
26, 2012, and containing certain modifications, the Register of Wills having given
consideration thereto,has made an official determination and renders the following
decision:
IT IS DECREED that the instrument, dated July 26, 2012,be admitted to
probate as the Last Will and Testament of Neff Walker, Jr. including the obliteration
which removes the name Tammy M. Shumaker in Article V. Paragraph A. The
interlineation of the name Calvin R. Walker is not admitted to probate as it is not
initialed by the testator.
IT IS FURTHER DECREED that Letters Testamentary are hereby issued
to Martha G. Wagner who shall have all the rights and duties of fiduciaries under the
laws of Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the administration of this estate
according to law.
