FIRST: I direct my personal representative, hereinafter named, to pay all my just debts, funeral expenses, inheritance taxes and costs of administration as soon as possible after my demise out of my residuary estate. SECOND: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, I bequeath and devise to my wife, BETTY O. LONG. THIRD: In the event my said wife , BETTY O. LONG, be held, In Trust, until she reaches the age of 21 years, and I direct my Trustee hereinafter named to use the principal and income from the Trust for the college education of my said daughter . SIXTH: I constitute and appoint my daughter, REBECCA J. I LONG, Trustee of the Estate of my daughter, JENNIFER S. LONG, and give her the power to appoint a substitute Trustee in the event she is unable, unwilling, or ceases to serve. I SEVENTH: I constitute and appoint my daughter, REBECCA J.
