I, GEORGE W. SHIMER, presently residing and domiciled at 414 Allendale
Way, (Lower .Allen Township), Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, declare this to be
my Last Will and hereby revoke all Wills which I have previously made.
ITEM I: I appoint my son, ROBERT W. SHIMER as the
Executor of my estate. If he is unable to serve in this capacity or
unable to conclude the administration of my estate, I appoint my son,
STEPHEN D. SHIMER, as Executor of my estate. If he is unable to serve in
this capacity or unable to conclude the administration of my estate, I
appoint Dauphin Deposit Bank and Trust Company as the executor of my
estate.
ITEM II: I direct that all taxes that may be
assessed in <:onsequence of my death, of whatever .nature and by whatever
jurisdiction imposed, shall be paid as a part of-the cost of admin-
istration of my estate. I call to the attention of my Executor a
provision in that certain Revocable Living Trust created by me on March
29, 1993 (as amended October 28, 1994) authorizing the Trustee, in his
discretion, t:o advance funds from the Trust to my probate estate, should
the same be necessary, for the payment of any part or all of the death
taxes or costs of administration of my estate.

ITEM III: To Columbia University School of Medicine, in
memory of my father-in-law Frederick B. Flinn, Ph.D. I bequeath the
sum of Ten Thousand dollars ($10,000.00).
ITEM IV: To Johns Hopkins University, in memory of my
father-in-la.w Frederick B. Flinn I bequeath the sum of Ten Thousand
dollars ($10,000.00).
ITEM V': To Christ Presbyterian Church, located in my
community of Allendale, I bequeath the sum of Ten Thousand dollars
($10,000.00).
ITEM VI: The residue of my estate, of whatever nature
and wherever situate, shall be distributed to the Trustee of that
certain Revocable Living Trust created by me on the 29th day of March,
1993, (as amended October 28, 1994) to be administered and distributed
in accordance with that Trust Agreement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 28th day of
November, 1996.

For dates of death on or after July 1, 1994 and before January 1, 1995, the tax rate imposed on the net value of transfers to or for the use of the surviving spouse is 3%
[72 P.S.~ 9918 (a) (1.1)(1)].
For dates of death on or aner January 1, 1995, the tax rate imposed on the net value of transfers to or for the use of the surviving spouse is 0% [72 P.S. ~ 9116 (a) (1.1) (Ji)l
The statute does not exempt a transfer to a surviving spouse from tax, and the statutory requirements for dIsclosure of assets and filing a tax return are still applicable even If
the surviving spouse is the only beneficiary.
For dates of death on or after July 1, 2000:
The tax rate imposed on the net value of transfers from a deceased child twenty-one years of age or younger at death to or for the use of a natural parent, an adoptive parent,
or a stepparent of the child is 0% (72 P.S. 69116(a)(1.2)).
The tax rate Imposed on the net value of transfers to or for the use of the decedent's lineal beneficiaries is 4.5%, except as noted in 72 P.S. ~ 9116(1.2) [72 P.S. 69116(a)(1)].
The tax rate Imposed on the net value oftransters to or for the use of the decedent's siblings Is 12% (72 P.S. 6 9116(a)(1.3)]. A sibling is defined, under Section 9102, as an
individual who has at least one parent in common with the decedent, whether by blood or adoption.

Way, (Lower Allen Township), Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, declare this to be
my Last Will and hereby revoke all Wills which I have previously made.
ITEM I:
I appoint my son, ROBER7' W.SHIMER as the
Executor of my estate. If he .is unable to serve in this capacity or'
unable to conclude the administration of my esta~e, I appoint my son,
STEPHEN D. SHIMER, as Executor of my estate. I~,he is unable to serve in
this capacity or unable to conclude the administration of my estate, I
appoint Dauphin Deposit Bank and Trust Company as the executor of my

estate.
ITEM II:
I direct that all taxes. that may be
assessed in consequence of my death, of whatever.~ature and by whatever
jurisdiction imposed~ shall be paid as a part of- the cost of admin-
istration of my estate. I call to the attention o~ my Executor a
provision in that certain Revocable Living Trust created by me on March
29, 1993 (as amended October 28, 1994) authorizing the Trustee, in his
discretion, to advance funds from the Tro~t to my probate estate, shduld

AMENDMENT TO TRUST AGREEMENT
THIS TRUST AGREEMENT AMENDMENT made and executed in duplicate this
28th day of October, 1994, by GEORGE W. SHIMER of 414 Allendale Way,
Camp Hill, pennsylvania, "Settlor" of a certain trust executed by him as
settlor and accepted by him as trustee and accepted by his son Robert W.
Shimer as successor trustee on March 29, 1993
WIT N E SSE T H:
WHEREAS, Settlor has previously executed in duplicate a revocable
trust agreement dated March 29, 1993; and,
WHEREAS. by paragraI;lh SIXTH of said t,rust agreement, Settlor
reserved unto himself the power to revoke, modify, amend, alter or
supplement, that trust agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Settlor, intending to be legally bound, hereby
amends and modifies said trust agreement as follows:
paragraph FIRST is hereby amended to read as follows:
FIRST: Trustee shall hold, manage, invest and reinvest the
TRUST ESTATE and shall pay the net income therefrom and the principal
thereof as follows:
A. Thlrina the life of the Settlor.
1. Trustee shall pay the net income therefrom in
convenient installments to Settlor during his lifetime, or, at the
discretion of the Trustee, shall add the same to the principal of the
Trust Estate.
2. Trustee shall payor use, expend and apply such
amount and amounts of income or principal to or for the benefit of the
Settlor as:
(a) Settlor shall direct in writing, and/or
(b) Trustee shall determine from time to time
as are necessary for the comfortable support, maintenance, medical care
and nursing care of Settlor. TO assist Trustee in making such determin-
ations, it is the express intention of Settlor in creating this trust to
benefit himself rather than any remainderman hereunder, and Settlor
directs and authorizes Trustee to be liberal in using, expending and
applying principal for his benefit, even to the point of exhausting the
same if necessary.
B. U~on the death of the Settlor.
1. Upon the death of the Settlor, Successor
Trustee shall pay the then remaining trust principal and income as
follows:

(a). Fifty percent (50%) of the residue shall
be distributed to Settlor's son Robert W. Shimer.
(b) Fifty percent (50%) of the residue shall
be distributed to Settlor's son Stephen D. Shimer.
(c) upon receipt by this trust of the net
distributable proceeds from Settlor's probate estate, if any, Successor
Trustee shall then distribute any such additional proceeds as follows:
(i) Fifty percent (50%) to Settlor's son
Robert W. Shimer;
(ii) Fifty percent (50%) to Settlor's son
Stephen D. Shimer.
(d) If either of Settlor's sons predecease
Settlor, leaving issue who survive the death of Settlor, the surviving
issue shall take the parent's share ~ sti~eR.
(e) If one of Settlor's sons predecease
Settlor without leaving issue to survive the death of Settlor, the
deceased son's share shall be distributed to Settlor's surviving son.
(f) If both of Settlor's sons predecease
Settlor, the alternate Successor Trustee specified in part SEVENTH, of
this Trust shall distribute the residue as follows:
(i). To Christ Presbyterian Church, loca-
ted in the community known as Allendale, in the borough of Camp Hill,
Pennsylvania the annual sum of $2,000.00. This sum to be paid annually
on a date selected at the discretion of said alternate Successor Trust-
ee. The date so selected for first payment shall continue to be the date
of annual payment for all succeeding years unless said Church shall re-
quest a different date of payment. Said alternate Successor Trustee is
hereby directed to honor such request of said church unleSs there is a
clear and convincing business reason to continue annual payments on the
date selected by the alternate Successor Trustee.
(ii). To a prospective college or trade
school student living in Harrisburg or in the local surrounding commun-
ity, the annual sum of $10,000.00 for a period not to exceed four conse-
cutive years to be used solely by that person for his or her College or
Trade School education at the school of the reCipient's choice. The re-
cipient of this distribution shall be selected without regard to race,
religion, creed or sex. A new recipient for this distribution shall be
selected every four years, or more often as appropriate, if the previous
recipient has elected to attend school for less than the full four years
allowed. It is the expressed intention of Settlor that only one distri-
bution of $10,000.00 under this subparagraph (f) (ii) shall occur each
year.

The only requirement for continued receipt of the distribution
under this subparagraph (f) (ii) shall be that the person, once selected,
continue his or her studies, allowing of course for customary summer
breaks. It shall not be a requirement that the person selected attend a
four year college or four year curriculum of study. It is only the
intention of Settlor that the distribution required under this subpara-
graph (f) (ii) not continue for more than four years to any particular
recipient.
Selection of recipients for distribution under this subparagraph
(f) (ii) shall be made by the alternate Successor Trustee but not without
the consultation, advice and recommendation of Christ presbyterian
Church through its authorized representative(s} unless the church
expresses its unwillingness to provide such consultation, advice and
recommendation in which case the selection of the recipient shall be at
the sole discretion of the alternate Successor Trustee. Said alternate
Successor Trustee, may, at its sole discretion, choose to broaden the
number of applicants for this distribution by advertising for prospec-
tive applicants in the local newspaper(s}.
It is Settlor's expressed intention that recipients be selected
for receipt of the distribution required by this subparagraph (f) (ii) on
the basis of the following critieria:
(a) The likelihood that the
recipient would be unable to receive an education of his or her choice
except for the distribution made hereunder. This criteria shall be
interpreted to mean that the recipient's immediate family, even though
willing, is unable, applying the criteria of reasonableness, to provide
the necessary financial support for the education the prospective reci-
pient seeks. By applying a test of "reasonableness", it is simply the
Settlor's intention to convey the idea that the unwillingness or inabil-
ity of a recipient's parents or guardian to engage in "heroic efforts"
are not a basis for disqualifying a prospective recipient. Moreover, if
all expenses (including tuition, books, room and board, etc.) associa-
ted with attendance at the school of recipient'S choice exceed the sum
of $10,000.00 per year, it is not the intention of Settlor to exclude
such a prospective recipient from consideration. Distribution hereunder
may be made in conjunction with other gifts, grants andj or scholarships
which, in total, allow a prospective recipient to attend the school of
his or her choice.
(b) The recipient has demonstrated
in whatever way is deemed satisfactory to said alternate Successor Trus-
tee, again applying a standard of reasonableness, the recipient is de-
serving of the financial help offered by this distribution. By "deser-
ving of financial help", it is the Settlor's intention only to convey
the idea that, in light of what is reasonably known about the prospec-
tive recipient, his background and his stated life goals, said alternate
Successor Trustee can reasonably conclude that education of the reci-
pient is likely to benefit his or her community.

The decision of the alternate Successor Trustee, in selecting a
recipient for the distribution hereunder is final and is not subject to
appeal or revision. Any challenge, legal or otherwise by a prospective
recipient to a decision of the alternate Successor Trustee shall auto-
matically disqualify said propective recipient from any distribution
required hereunder.
Distribution of cash proceeds under this subparagraph (f) (ii)
shall be made each year in memory of Settlor and his loving wife Jean
Douglas Shimer, who expressed throughout her life an abiding faith in
the importance of education.
Nothing in this subparagraph (f) (ii) or the preceeding
subparagraph (f) (i) shall be construed or interpreted to conveyor
confer upon Christ Presbyterian Church or any student scholarship
recipient an interest in realty.
Paragraphs SECOND thru ELEVENTH of the trust agreement
continue to read as stated in the original document executed on March
29, 1993.
In WITNESS WHEREOF, the Settlor has executed this Trust Amendment

TRUST AGREEMENT
THIS TRUST AGREEMENT made and executed in duplicate this 29th day
of March, 1993, by and between GEORGE W. SHIMER of 414 Allendale Way,
Camp Hill, pennsylvania (hereinafter referred to as "Settlor"); GEORGE
W. SHIMER of 414 Allendale Way, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, 17011, (herein-
after referred to as "Trustee"); and ROBERT W. SHIMER of RD 1, Box 1079,
Leesport, PA., 19533, (hereinafter referred to as "Successor Trustee").
WIT N E SSE T H:
WHEREAS. Settlor desires to create a revocable trust of property
hereinafter specified for the purposes hereinafter set forth; and,
WHEREAS, Settlor has assigned, conveyed, transferred and delivered
to Trustee the property listed and set forth in the Schedule hereto
annexed, made a part hereof and marked "Exhibit "A", all of which prop-
erty is hereinafter referred to as the "Trust Estate"; and,
WHEREAS, Settlor also desires and intends that this Trust be the
vehicle for the final disposition of his estate and to that end has
executed a "pour over" will which directs that any assets that Settlor
may own outright at the time of his death be conveyed and transferred
into this trust for distribution.
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto. intending to be legally bound,
mutually agree as follows:
FIRST: Trustee shall hold, manage, invest and reinvest the
TRUST ESTATE and shall pay the net income therefrom and the principal
thereof as follows:

convenient installments to Settlor during his lifetime, or, at the

the form of stock, the market value of the shares selected to effect the
distribution hereunder shall be determined, at the sole discretion of
the Successor Trustee, to be either:
(i) the market value of the selected
shares at the close of business on the date of Settlor's death, or if
Settlor's death occurs on a non business day, the market value of the
selected shares at the close of business on the first business day
following the death of Settlor; or
(ii) the market value of the selected
shares at the close of business on a day selected by Successor Trustee,
provided the business day so selected is not later than 6 months from
the date of Settlor's death.
(b) To Johns Hopkins University, in memory of
Frederick B. Flinn, Settlor's father-in-law, Ten Thousand dollars
($10,000.00). Distribution to Johns Hopkins university may, at the
discretion of Successor Trustee, be in the form of either cash or stock.
If distribution is in the form of stock, the market value of the shares
selected by Trustee to effect the distribution hereunder shall be
determined, at the sole discretion of the Successor Trustee, to be
either:
(i) the market value of the selected
shares at the close of business on the date of Settlor'S death, or if
Settlor's death occurs on a non business day, the market value of the
selected shares at the close of business on the first business day
following the death of Settlor; or
(ii) the market value of the selected
shares at the close of business on a day selected by Successor Trustee,
provided the business day so selected is not later than 6 months from
the date of Settlor's death.
(C). Fifty percent (50%) of the residue shall
be distributed to Settlor'S son Robert W. Shimer.
(d) Fifty percent (50%) of the residue shall
be distributed to Settlor'S son Stephen D. Shimer.
(e) Upon receipt by this trust of the net
distributable proceedS from SettlOr'S probate estate, if any, Successor

date selected by the alternate Successor Trustee.
(ii). To a prospective college or trade
school student living in Harrisburg or in the local surrounding commun-
ity, the annual sum of $10,000.00 for a period not to exceed four conse-
cutive years to be used solely by that person for his or her College or
Trade School education at the school of the recipient'S choice. The re-
Cipient of this distribution shall be selected without regard to race,
religion, creed or sex. A new recipient for this distribution shall be
selected every four years, or more often as appropriate, if the previous
recipient has elected to attend school for less than the full four years
allowed. It is the expressed intention of Settlor that only one distri-
bution of $10,000.00 under this subparagraph (h) (ii) shall occur each
year.
The only requirement for continued receipt of the distribution
under this subparagraph (h) (il) shall be that the person, once selected,
continue his or her studies, allowing of course for customary summer
breaks. It shall not be a requirement that the person selected attend a
four year college or four year curriculum of study. It is only the

intention of Settlor that the distribution required under this subpara-
graph (h) {ii) not continue for more than four years to any particular
recipient.
Selection of recipients for distribution under this subparagraph
(h) (ii) shall be made by the alternate Successor Trustee but not without
the consultation, advice and recommendation of Christ Presbyterian
Church through its authorized representative(s) unless the church
expresses its unwillingness to prOVide such consultation, advice and
recommendation in which case the selection of the recipient shall be at
the sole discretion of the alternate Successor Trustee. Said alternate
Successor Trustee, may, at its sole discretion, choose to broaden the
number of applicants for this distribution by advertising for prospec-
tive applicants in the local newspaper(s) .
It is settlor's expressed intention that recipients be selected
for receipt of the distribution required by this subparagraph (h) (ii) on
the basis of the following critieria:
(a) The unlikelihood that the
recipient would be able to receive an education of his or her choice
except for the distribution made hereunder. This criteria shall be
interpreted to mean that the recipient's immediate family, even though
willing, is unable, applying the criteria of reasonableness, to provide
the necessary financial support for the education the prospective reci-
pient seeks. By applying a test of "reasonableness", it is simply the
Settlor's intention to convey the idea that the unwillingness or inabil-
ity of a recipient's parents or guardian to engage in "heroic efforts"
are not a basis for disqualifying a prospective recipient. Moreover, if
all expenses (including tuition, books, room and board, etc.) associa-
ted with attendance at the school of recipient'S choice exceed the sum
of $10,000.00 per year, it is not the intention of Settlor to exclude
such a prospective recipient from consideration. Distribution hereunder
may be made in conjunction with other gifts, grants and/ or scholarships
which, in total, allow a prospective reCipient to attend the school of
his or her choice.
(bl The recipient has demonstrated
in whatever way is deemed satisfactory to said alternate Successor Trus-
tee, again applying a standard of reasonableness, the recipient is de-
serving of the financial help offered by this distribution. By "deser-
ving of financial help", it is the Settlor's intention only to convey
the idea that, in light of what is reasonably known about the prospec-
tive recipient, his background and his stated life goals, said alternate
Successor Trustee can reasonably conclude that education of the reci-
pient is likely to benefit his or her community.
The decision of the alternate Successor Trustee, in selecting a
recipient for the distribution hereunder is final and is not subject to
appeal or revision. Any challenge, legal or otherwise by a prospective
recipient to a decision of the alternate Successor Trustee shall auto-
matically disqualify said propective recipient from any distribution
required hereunder.

Distribution under this subparagraph (h) (ii) shall be made each
year in memory of Settlor and his loving wife Jean Douglas Shimer, who
expresSed throughout her life an abiding faith in the importance of
education.
SBCQND: If any beneficiary, including Settlor, in the
opinion of Trustee is unable to handle his or her affairs because of
youth (prior to attaining the age of thirty (30) years), illness,
disability or other condition, Trustee during such period of minority or
disability shall retain whatever principal or income such beneficiary
otherwise would be entitled to receive under this Trust Agreement and
shall use, expend and apply the same as Trustee shall consider necessary
and proper for the comfortable support, maintenance, medical care, nur-
sing care and education (including education at institutions of higher
learning) of such beneficiary, accumulating any income not needed fOr
such purposeS.
THZRD, No interest hereunder shall be assignable, volun-
tarily or involuntarily by a beneficiary or be available to anyone
having a claim against a beneficiary.
FOURTH: All shares of income or principal hereby created
shall be free from anticipation, assignment, pledge or obligation of
Settlor and shall not be subject to any writ of attachment or execution.
P:IFTH: In addition to the powers granted by law, Trustee
shall have the following powers in administering the Trust Estate and
any trust property or trust assets held for a minor or a beneficiary
under disability and all powers hereby conferred upon the Trustee are
exercisable in the Trustee's absolute discretion and without order or
leave of court:
A. To retain any or all Trust assets without regard to
any principal of diversification, risk or productivity.
B. To invest in all forms of property without
restriction to investments authorized for any type of ficuciary.
c. To compromise any claim or controversy.
D. To loan money, at Trustee's sole discretion, to
Settlor's probate estate.
E. TO borrow money and to mortgage or pledge any real
or personal property.
F. To sell at public or private sale, to exchange or to
lease for any period of time, any real or personal property, and to give
options for sales, exchanges or leases all for such prices and upon such
terms and conditions as Trustee deems proper.

G. To allocate receipts and expenses to principal or
income or partly to each as Trustee deems proper.
H. To repair, alter or improve any real or personal
property.
I. To distribute in cash or in kind or partly in each
at valuations fixed by Trustee.
J. To purchase investments at premiums and to charge
premiums to income or principal or partly to each.
K. To subscribe for or to exercise options for stocks,
bonds or other investments; to join in any plan of lease, mortgage,
merger, consolidation, reorganization, foreclosure; or voting trust and
to deposit securities thereunder; and to generally exercise all the
rights of security holders.
L. To register securities in the name of a nominee or
in such manner that title shall pass by delivery.
M. To assume continuance of the status of any benefi-
Ciary with reference to death, marriage, divorce, illness, incapacity or
other change in the absence of information deemed reliable, without
liability for disbursements made on such assumPtion.
N. To add to the principal of any trust created by this
instrument any real or personal property received from any person by
Deed, by Will or by any other manner.
O. TO exercise all power, authority and discretion
given by this instrument after the termination of any trust created
herein until the same is fUlly distributed.
P. TO commingle any trust assets created by this
instrument in anyone or more common funds for greater convenience and
flexibili ty.
Q. To employ attorneys, accountants, engineers and such
other persons, professional or otherwise, as may be necessary for the
proper administration of this trust, and to pay their compensation from
such funds.
R. To purchase from trust funds any type of insurance
which Trustee deems to be in the best interest of the beneficiary.
S. If Settlor has a probate estate at the time of Sett-
lor's death, to advance funds to said estate if the assets and amounts
of such estate are reasonably estimated, after due diligence, to be in-
sufficient for the payment of any part or all of the death taxes or
costs of administration of said estate.
T. To open any checking or savings account deemed
necessary in the Trustee's sole discretion to effect and further the
other powers granted herein.

for the investment and reinvestment of the trust assets and for

SIXTH: Settlor reserves the tollowing powers to himself
personally:
A. TO make additions to or withdrawals from the Trust
Estate in cash or in kind. All withdrawals shall be by an instrument in
writing signed by the Settlor and delivered to the Trustee.
B. To revoke, modify, amend, alter or supplement this
Trust Agreement in whole or in part by an instrument in writing signed
by Settlor and delivered to Trustee.
SBVBNTH: Upon the death or physical or mental disability or
incompetency of Trustee, then Robert w. Shimer, named previously on page
1 hereof as Successor Trustee shall become and is hereby appointed the
Trustee hereunder with all of the rights, powers and duties of Trustee.
The physical or mental disability or incompetency of Trustee
necessary to empower the Successor Trustee to act hereunder shall be
such that the Trustee cannot perform all or a substantial portion of his
duties hereunder. Such physical or mental disability or incompetency
shall be certified by Trustee's attending phYSician. Upon the receipt
and presentation of such certificate of Trustee'S attending phYSician
all persons shall accept the Successor Trustee as the Trustee of this
Trust.
In the event that at the time of the death or physical or
mental diSability or incompetency of Trustee his son, Robert W. Shimer,
is deceased, or otherwise unable to function as Successor Trustee
hereunder, Settlor's son Stephen D. Shimer is hereby appointed as
Successor Trustee.
In the unlikely but possible event that, at the time of the
death or physical or mental disability or incompetency of Trustee, both
Robert W. Shimer and Stephen D. Shimer are deceased, then and only then,
DAUPHIN DEPOSIT BANK AND TRUST COMPANY of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania is
hereby appointed as alternate Successor Trustee and shall become the
Trustee hereunder with all of the rights, powers and duties of Trustee.
BIGHTH: Trustee or any Successor Trustee duly appointed
hereunder shall be compensated, if he so chooses, in accordance with the
schedule of fiduciary compensation in force from time to time at Dauphin
Deposit Bank and Trust Company, Harrisburg, pennsylvania. No bond shall
be required of either the Trustee or any Successor Trustee for the
performance of his duties.
NINTH: The assets and property, whether real, personal,
tangible or intangible listed on Exhibit A attached hereto are not
intended to be an exclusive or exhaustive listing of the Trust Estate.

If any court of competent jurisdiction shall find one or more provisions
of this Agreement to be void, voidable, or unenforceable, it is the

Commonwealth of pennsylvania and shall in all respects be governed by
its laws and shall have its situs in cumberland County, pennsylvania.

DEFINITION OF MARKET VALUE: The most probable price which a property should bring in a competitive and open market
under all conditions requisite to a fair sale, the buyer and seller, each acting prudently, knowledgeably and assuming the price is not
affected by undo stimulus. Implicit in this definition is the consumation of a sale as of a specified date and the passing of title
from seller to buyer under conditions whereby: (1) buyer and seller are typically motivated; (2) both parties are well informed or
well advised, and esch acting in what he considers his own best interest; (3) a reasonable time is allowed for exposure in the open
market; (4) payment is made in terms of cash in U.S. dollars or in terms of financial arrangements comparable thereto; and (5) the
price represents the normal consideration for the property sold unaffected by special or creative fmancing or sales concessions'
granted by anyone associated with the sale.
. Adjustments to the comparables must be made for special or creative financing or sales concessions. No adjustments are
necessary for those costs which are normally paid by sellers as a result of tradition or law in the market area; these costs are

DISCOUNT: If any tax due is paid within three (3) calendar months after the decedent's death, a five percent (5%l discount of
the tax paid is allowed.
PENALTY: Tha 15% tax amnesty man-participation penalty is computed on the total of the tax and interest assessed, and mat
paid before January 18, 1996, the first day after the end of the tax amnesty period. This non-participation
penalty is appealable in the sane manner and in the the sane time period as you would appeal the tax and interest
that has been assessed as indicated on this notice.
INTEREST: Interest is charged beginning with first day of delinquency, or nine (9) months and one (1l day from the date of
death, to the date of payment. Taxes which became delinquent before January 1, 1982 bear interest at the rate of
six C6%) percent per annum calculated at a daily rate of .000164. All taxes which became delinquent on and after
January 1, 1982 will bear interest at a rate which will vary from calendar year to calendar year with that rate
