BREAM, of Adams County, Pennsylvania, being of sound ar~d disposing mind, memory, and understanding, do hereby publish and declare the following as and for my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all Wills by me at any time heretofore made. ITEM I I direct that all of my legal debts, the expenses of my last illness, and my funeral expenses be paid from my residuary estate, as soon as practicable after my decease, as part of the expenses of the administration of my estate. ITEM II I give and bequeath all of my jewelry, automobiles, clothing and other personal effects, as well as all household goods and equipment which I may own, including any insurance thereon to my children, Margaret A. McKee, Nora C. Bream, Barbara J. Bream, Linda K. McMechan. and Phyllis L. Good, to be distributed among them as my Co-Executors in their sole discretion, shall deem advisable, making such distribution in as nearly equal shares as possible. In the event that any of my children should predecease me, then the share to which that child would have been entitled I hereby give, devise, and bequeath to that child's children, per stirpes. In default of issue of any child of mine, then the share to which that child would have been entitled I hereby give, devise, and bequeath to my then living children in equal shares. Any of such effects distributed to a minor may be delivered to the person with whom the minor resides, or such other person as may have custody and control of the person of the minor, without the intervention of a guardian, and the receipt of any such person shall be a full acquittance of my Executrix as to such distribution. ITEM III All of the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate, real, personal or mixed, of whatsoever kind and nature and wheresoever situate at the time of my decease, I give, devise, and bequeath as follows: A. one-fifth (1/5) to my daughter, Margaret A. McKee; B. one-fifth (1/5) to my daughter, Nora C. Bream; C. one-fifth (1/5) to my daughter, Barbara J. Bream; D. one-fifth (1/5) to my daughter, Linda K. McMechan; and E. one-fifth (1/5) to my daughter, Phyllis L. Good. DISCOUNT: If any tax due is paid within three (3) calendar months after the decedent's death a five percent (5%) discount of the tax paid is allowed. PENALTY: The 15% tax amnesty non-participation penalty is computed on the total of the tax and interest assessed, and not paid before January 18,1996, the first day after the end of the tax amnesty period. This non-participation penalty is appealable in the same manner and in the same time period as you would appeal the tax and interest that has been assessed as indicated on this notice. INTEREST: Interest is charged beginning with first day of delinquency, or nine (9) months and one (1) day from the date of death, to the date of payment. Taxes which became delinquent before January 1, 1982 bear interest at the rate of six (6%) percent per annum calculated at a daily rate of .000164. All taxes which became delinquent on and after January 1, 1982 will bear interest at a rate which will vary from calendar year to calendar year with that rate announced by the PA Department of Revenue.
