Skalka ( "Owners ") and all that certain tract of land including improvements thereon, owned by the Owners and described as follows: 1126 Fairfield Street Mechanicsburg PA 17050 Tax Property Map: 10 -17 -1029 I Parcel No.: 050 for unpaid sewer and /or trash services rendered from August 1, 2012 through February 28, 2013. Said services were rendered and charged pursuant to Hampden Township Code of Ordinances Chapter 18, Part 2 and/or Chapter 20, Part 1, as amended. ',.�� rendered and the prices charged therefor, said statement being a true and correct copy of the Owners' account with the Claimant, which sum of $513.20 was duly assessed against the above Owners and premises beginning August 1, 2012 and for which sum, which includes interest, costs and penalties, together with attorney's fees pursuant to Section 209, Part 2, Chapter 18 of the Township of Hampden Code of Ordinances, a lien is claimed against the above premises in accordance with the Municipality Authorities Act of June 19, 2001, P.L. 287, 53 P. S. § 5601, et se q., as supplemented and amended and the Municipal Claims and Tax Lien Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, 53 P.S. § 7101, et se q.. as supplemented and amended.
