AND NOW,this 22nd day of March, 2013, upon consideration of the Petition for Grant
of Letters filed by Teresa S. Baer and Pursuant to 20 Pa.C.S.A. §3155 (b)(3) the Register of
Wills has made an official determination and renders the following decision:
IT IS DECREED that Teresa S. Baer will best administer the estate of Joshua M.
Baer and that Letters of Administration shall be issued to her this day. Teresa S. Baer shall
have all the rights and duties of fiduciaries under the laws of Pennsylvania and shall proceed
with the administration of this estate according to law.
