PETITION
TO THE HONORABLE, THE JUDGES OF THE SAID COURT
The petition of Robert L. Barbour pursuant to 20 Pa CSA 5308, respectfully represents:
1.) Your petitioner is Robert L. Barbour, the executor of the estate of his wife
Betty L. Barbour, also known as Betty Knaub Barbour, who died January 6, 2013. Letters
testamentary were granted to Robert L. Barbour on January 16, 2013.
2.) Amira L. Knaub is the seven year old granddaughter of your petitioner, she
was born October 6, 2005.
3.) A savings account in PNC Bank, account 51-1198-7437, was established
under the Pennsylvania Uniform Gifts to Minors Act for Amira L. Knaub with Betty Knaub
Barbour custodian. The account title was "Amira L. Knaub UPATMA Betty Knaub

Barbour Custodian." There is no custodian designated for this account following the
death of Betty Knaub Barbour.
4.) The balance in the account is $1,361.71. There are no other assets in
which Amira has an interest
5.) Michael Knaub maintains his residence in Cumberland County and his
daughter Amira is a member of his family.
6.) Michael Knaub joins in this petition to be designated successor e�,,gvjil'aq
replacing Betty Knaub Barbour, deceased.
WHEREFORE, your petitioner respectfully requests your Honorable court to
designate Michael Knaub successor custodian of PNC Savings account 51-1198-7437.
