I spoke with Executor this date. Executive is an active duty military, relocated to Kentucky. To
receive email for his signatures today. Sister and only other beneficiary also relocated. Brother
also providing contact information and address for Family Agreement in lieu of accounting.
This date expect signatures for filing return and Family Agreement by Tuesday. Escrow of
$7,695 exceeds tax of$6,698.
