INSTRUCTIONS

limited to, information known or available to your attorneys, consultants, agents, representatives,
employees, servants, and officers.

C. These Interrogatories are deemed to be continuing so as to require
supplemental answers if you obtain further information after your initial answers are served.
D. If the information requested in an Interrogatory is fully or partially
contained in documents,you may answer the Interrogatory by attaching a copy of the documents.
E. If you have an objection to an Interrogatory, identify solely the substance
of, and legal authority for,the objection and provide sufficient information to substantiate the
objection.

account nuiriber(s) for all accounts, including but not limited to checking, savings,money
market, you have in your name, or jointly with any other person, and the balance in the said
account(s) on the date of your response to these interrogatories.
4. Provide the addresses of any real property you own.
5. Provide a list of investments you have with banks, investment companies,
brokers, or other financial institutions, including name of the investment,the type of investment,
the current value or balance of the investment,the financial institution where the investment is
held, address and account number(s) for all accounts, including but not limited to cash,bonds,
stocks, commodities, collectibles,mutual funds,401K, certificates of deposit or other investment
accounts or vehicles.
6. List the automobiles you own, by make model and year, and whether there is an
encumbrance on the said vehicle, and if so list the name and address and account number for the
automobile loan.
7. List and provide the current location of all items of personal property owned by
you with a value in excess of$100.00

and Claim for Exemption Form to a person representing themselves to be Kayla Bailey sister, who
accepted as"Adult Person in Charge"for the within named Defendant, to wit: Corey Elwood Adams at
188 Goodyear Rd., West Pennsboro Township, Carlisle, PA 17013, informed person of contents of same
and levied upon personal property as directed. Copy of levy mailed to attorney and letter mailed to
defendant on 04-11-13.
11/05/2013 Ronny R.Anderson, Sheriff,who being duly sworn according to law, states this writ of execution is
returned as ABANDONED. No action on writ in over 6 months.
