Petition for Probate and Grant of Letters filed by Judy L. Wolf on March 22' 2013, IT IS
HEREBY DECREED that the Letters Testamentary issued on March 19, 2013, be amended
to reflect the decedent's correct Social Security Number.
Judy L. Wolf shall continue her administration as Executrix of the Estate of Harry R.
Sennett, Jr., deceased.
