POWER OF ATTORNEY
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,That I, Adam R. Cook Jr., of Apt. 504 Chestnut
Tower, 725 Chestnut Street, Sunbury, Northumberland County, Pennsylvania,do make, constitute and
appoint each of my wife, Betty J. Cook, of Apt. 504 Chestnut Tower, 725 Chestnut Street, Sunbury
Pennsylvania.. and my daughter, Mary E. Hyatt, of 457 Mt. Olivet Church Road, Fawn Grove,
Pennsylvania, my true and lawful Agent, for me and on my behalf, in my name or each in their own
name., to jointly or severally take all actions and perform all acts concerning my affairs including any
of my present and future liabilities and rights in, to and with respect to any property, real:, personal,
tangible and intangible, as either of them may deem necessary or advisable, each in their absolute
discretion, as fully as I could do if personally present, and in so acting for me in my name to jointly or
severally execute, acknowledge and deliver all papers and instruments and pertbrm all acts and things
necessary or convenient for or incidental to the exercise of such power and authority. Further, I hereby

judicial sale any property on which I hold a mortgage;manage, repair, improve,

or develop real estate or any interest in real estate; collect,rent, sale proceeds
and earnings from real estate; pay, contest,protest and compromise real estate
taxes and assessments;release in whole or in part, assign the whole or a part of,
