LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
JAY DOUGLAS SPANGLER
I, .IA`r' DOUGLAS SPANGLER, born March 18, 1962, SSN now
of 787 Lee Lane, Enola, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17025-1503, hereby declare
this to be my Last Will and Testament. I hereby revoke any and all other wills and
codicils that I may have previously made.
ARTICLE I
My just debts and expenses of my last illness, funeral, and administration of my
estate shall be paid by my Executor/Executrix from the principal of my residuary estate
as soon as practicable after my death.
ARTICLE II
All inheritance, estate, and succession taxes (including interest and penalties
thereon, but not including any generation skipping tax) payable by reason of my death
shall be paid out of and be principally charged against the principal of the residuary estate
without reimbursement from any person. This provision is not a waiver of any right,
which my Executor/Executrix has, to claim reimbursement for any such taxes which
become payable as the result of any property over which I have the power of
appointment.
ARTICLE III
I hereby further authorize my Executor/Executrix:
A. To retain and to invest in all forms of real and personal property,
regardless of any limitations imposed by law on investments by executors or trustees;
B. To compromise claims and to abandon my property which in my
Executor/Executrix' opinion is of little or no value;
C. To sell at public auction or private sale, or to exchange or to lease for any
period of time, any real or personal property, to mortgage and/or give options for sales or
leases;
D. To join in any merger, reorganization, voting trust plan, or other concerted
action of security holders, and to delegate discretionary duties with respect thereto;
E. To borrow, and to pledge property for repayment of funds borrowed;
F. And, to distribute in cash or in kind.
G. These authorities shall extend to all property at any time held by my
Executor/Executrix and shall continue in full force until the actual distriv6vtion of alucl
property. All powers, authorities, and discretion granted by this Will shl tae in adcion
to those granted by law and exercisable without leave of court.

ARTICLE IV
I nominate, constitute and appoint DAWN IRENE SPANGLER, my mother, SSN
presently of 196 Evergreen Road, New Cumberland, Pennsylvania, 17070,
to act as Executrix of my Last Will and Testament. In the event of her renunciation,
death, resignation, or inability to act for any reason whatsoever as the Executor of my
estate or he is unwilling or unavailable to serve as Executor of my estate, I hereby
nominate, constitute and appoint MICK DAVID SPANGLER, my nephew, SSN
presently of 196 Evergreen Road, New Cumberland, Pennsylvania, 17070, to act as
my Executor. I hereby relieve my Executor/Executrix, whether original, substitute, or
successor, from the necessity of posting security in connection with his or her duties as
such in any jurisdiction in which he or she may be called upon to act so far as I am able
by law to do so. My Executor/Executrix shall receive reasonable compensation for
services rendered to my estate.
ARTICLE V
No interest in income or principal shall be assignable by, or available to anyone
having a clain-i against a beneficiary(ies) before actual payment to the beneficiary(ies).
ARTICLE Vi
A. Ten percent (10%) of the net cash value of my estate I bequeath to the
Salvation Anny.
B. All other property, whether real, personal, or mixed, I bequeath to JAY C.
SPANGLER, my father, SSN of New Cumberland, Pennsylvania and
DAWN IRENE SPANGLER, my mother, in equal shares, but if either should predecease
the other, then the entire share goes to the surviving heir.
C. Should neither of the heirs in Article VI, B., survive at the time of my
death, the remainder of my property, whether real, personal, or mixed, I bequeath equally
to MICK DAVID SPANGLER, my nephew, of New Cumberland, Pennsylvania, and his
heirs, and JESSIE M. KNOX, my niece, SSN and her heirs, of Lewisberry,
Pennsylvania, in equal shares.

ARTICLE VII
I specifically and with full knowledge of the import of my actions, in
consideration of the personal choices which she has made, disinherit SHERRY
YVONNE LUJANIC SPANGLER, my sister, SSN presently of York,
Pennsylvania, and specifically direct that she inherit no property, real, personal, or
otherwise, directly or as part of the disposition of my property upon my demise. This
includes both the primary assets of the estate as well as any residuary assets which may
be remaining or unaccounted for by the primary disposition of my estate.
ARTICLE VIII
The residuary of my estate not otherwise disposed of I bequeath to the Salvation
Army.
ARTICLE IX
In the event that any of the heirs, assigns, or successors contest the provisions of
this Will in part or in whole, all provisions relating to any bequests originating from this
Will shall be interpreted as if the heir, assign, or successor had predeceased the Testator
of the Will.
ARTICLE X
My funeral arrangements shall consist of a wake, a Nazarene funeral service, and
a burial at an appropriate location at the discretion of my Executor/Executrix.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal and
acknowledged and published this instrument, consisting of four typewritten pages, in the

Pennsylvania in an effort to locate the subscribing witnesses, to wit: Amanda Emerson and
Laurence R. Wacltz;
4. No one at the bank recognizes the names of the subscribing witnesses;
5. It has been almost seven (7) years since the witnesses signed; and
6. I cannot locate them by any other means.
