for the within named Defendant to wit: Michael Wingate, but was unable to locate the Defendant in his
bailiwick. The Sheriff therefore returns the within requested Notice of Intent to Attach Wages as "Not
Served" at 7 Springview Road, West Pennsboro, Carlisle, PA 17013. Per co-defendant there is no
Michael Wingate. Deputies were advised by Kim Kohler, Transportation Supervisor that the defendants
name is actaully Michael Robinson.
