Wadel, hereinafter called the Owner, is about to execute contemporaneously with Northwood Craftsmen, Inc. of 1340 Baltimore Road, Shippensburg, PA, hereinafter called the Contractor, a contract for the erection or construction of a SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING upon the lot of ground known as 1168 Means Hollow Road, Shippensburg, PA, Southampton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, described in Exhibit "A" hereof, of which Jason L. Wadel and Jennifer L. Wadel are the title holder of record, as more particularly described in Deed Book , Page ; and e.ga_j 4 44 d 0 / a a .7- i 7 Now, March 9, 2013, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the Owner to the Contractor to commence work on said building or improvement, to purchase materials for the same, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between said parties as part of said contract and for the consideration therein set forth, nether the undersigned Contractor, any Sub - contractor or material man, nor any other person furnishing labor or materials to the said Contractor under the contract entered into between said parties shall file a lien for work done or material furnished to said building, improvements or any part thereof. This stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the Prothonotary within 10 days after date in accordance with the requirements of the Act of August 24, 1963, P.L. 497, as amended, In Witness Whereof, the said parties have hereunto set their hands and seal the day and year aforesaid. BEGINNING at a point on the Means Hollow Road (Township Route No. 300) at the northeast corner of Lot No. 1 on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots; thence by the said Township Route 300, South 38 degrees 36 minutes 21 seconds East, a distance of 81.41 feet to a point; thence by same, South 21 degrees 54 minutes 59 seconds East, a distance of 192.79 feet to appoint on the western line of a right of way which has a width of 35.24 feet on the said Township Route N0. 300; thence by the western line of the said right of way in a southwestwardly direction, a distance of 394.52 feet to a point; thence North 42 degrees 00 minutes 04 seconds We4st, a distance of 124.09 feet to a steel pin; thence North 50 degrees 12 minutes 04 seconds West, a distance of 120.10 feet to a steel pin; thence North 56 degrees 35 minutes 51 seconds East, through a steel pin 477.46 feet to a point on the eastern line of the said Township Route No. 300, the place of beginning. BEING Lot No. 17 (1.2823 Acres) and Lot No. 18 (1.277 Acres) on Plan of San -Jo Acres Recreation Center, said Plan being recorded in Cumberland County Plan Book 22, Page 56.
