DGA, Inc. d/b/a Infinity Print Graphics, of 121 North Pitt Street, Carlisle,
Pennsylvania 17013, and Michael R. Guion and Vickie B. Guion, husband and wife, of
117 Sholly Drive, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania 17055 (both individuals and said
corporation jointly and severally with each other), hereinafter individually and
collectively referred to as "Debtor," after April 8, 2002, do promise to pay to the order of
T!le~an_(;I Fr_[~,, of 5 South Hanover Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013:
Sixtythree Thousand, Five Hundred, and No Hundredths ($63,500.00)
Dollars without defalcation, for value received, with interest from February 8, 2002 at
the rate of seven per cent (7%), per annum. And further Debtor does hereby authorize
and empower any Attorney of any Court of Records of Pennsylvania, or elsewhere, to
appear for and to enter Judgment against Debtor for the above sum, with or without
declaration, with costs of suit, release of errors, without stay of execution, and with five
per cent, added for collecting fees; and Debtor also waives the right of inquisition on
any real estate that may be levied upon to collect this note, and does hereby voluntarily
condemn the same and authorize the Prothonotary to enter upon the FI. FA. Debtor's
said voluntary condemnation, and Debtor further agrees said estate may be sold on a
FI. FA., and does hereby waive and release all relief from any and all appraisement,
stay or exemption laws of any State, now in force, or hereafter to be passed.
Debtor further agrees to pay an origination or processing fee in the total
amount of $450.00. Debtor acknowledges that this is a commercial loan and that this
Demand Note will be recorded, and that upon such recording this Demand Note will
constitute a lien on both the real estate of the corporation and the personal residence
of the individuals.
