AND NOW this day of_ =6 '. ,2013, upon review of
the attached Stipulation, it is hereby ordered and directed as follows:
1. All Objections filed by Martin F.Butler to the First and Final Account filed by the
Executor for the Roberta I.Konsko on July 24,2012 are deemed withdrawn.
2. Martin F. Butler shall pay all Auditor's costs incurred in this matter to date in the
amount of$2,900.00 and authorizes the Executor to pay these sums due for the Auditor's
fees from his distributable share of the estate as set forth in the First and Final Account.
3. The funds deposited into the court in the amount of$2,500.00 shall immediately
be released directly to the Auditor,Wayne F.Shade,Esquire. The remainder of his fees
in the amount of$400.00 shall be paid by the Executor from Martin F.Butler's
distributable share of the estate directly to Wayne F. Shade,Esquire.
4. The First and Final Account filed on July 24,2012 shall be confirmed with
distribution to be made in accordance with the First and Final Account and the provisions
of this Order and Stipulation.
