RELEASE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, Dean R. Anderson, do hereby
acknowledge that I have this date received from Dean R. Anderson and Doyle R. Anderson,
Executors of the Estate of Vance O. Anderson, the sum of$12,368.03 which, together with a
prior distribution of$20,000.00, represents my full share of the Estate of Vance"O. Anderson.
I therefore release and forever discharge the said Dean R. Anderson and Doyle R.
Anderson, individually and as Executors of the Estate of Vance O. Anderson, their heirs,
executors, and administrators, of and from all actions, duties, claims and demands whatsoever
from the beginning of the world to the date of these presents.
And I hereby consent and agree that the Orphans' Court of Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, may discharge the said Dean R. Anderson and Doyle R. Anderson, upon
application and without further notice to me.
