KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, That FIRST CHURbi OF "a
THE BRETHREN, being one of the heirs of William Wayne Tritt, Deceased, late of the
Township of Silver Spring, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, does hereby acknowledge
that, upon execution and delivery of this Release, Leonard W. Tritt and David E. Tritt,
Co-Executors of the Estate of the said Decedent, will be paying the sum of Five
Thousand and No/100 ($5,000.00) Dollars to First Church of the Brethren in full
satisfaction and payment of all such sum or sums of money, legacies, bequests, intestate
shares, and family exemptions to which First Church of the Brethren is entitled under the
Last Will and Testament of the Decedent.
NOW, THEREFORE, First Church of the Brethren does hereby remise, release,
quitclaim, and forever discharge the said Leonard W. Tritt and David E. Tritt, Co-
Executors of said Estate, their heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, of and from
the said legacy or legacies and other shares in said Estate and of and from all actions,
suits, payments, accounts, reckonings, claims, and demands whatsoever, for, and by
reason thereof, or of any other act, matter, cause, or thing whatsoever, from the beginning
of the world to the date of these presents.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said First Church of the Brethren has hereunto set
its hand and seal, this day of October, 2012.
