follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
1. This claim is filed by the Borough of Mechanicsburg, a borough
organized and existing in accordance with the laws of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
2. The owner or reputed owner of the property, or party or parties
responsible or liable, for which this claim is filed is the Defendant(s).
3. The authority under which the sewer and /or refuse rates were changed
and assessed is the Act of July 18, 1935, P.L. 1286, Section 1, 53 P.S. §
2231, as amended.
4. Plaintiff has made demands for payment for services; however,
Defendant(s) have not made payments for the services provided.
5. The authority under which this claim is filed is the Act of May 16, 1923
P.L. 207, Section 9, et se g., 53P.S. §7143, as amended. Q

6. A description of the property against which this claim is filed is:

7. This claim has not been the subject of any previous claim and judgment
in the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County for sewer and /or
refuse charges.
8. The total amount of the charges for which this claim is filed is
six hundred fifty seven dollars and sixty cents ($657.60), plus costs and
reasonable attorney's fees.
9. The time period for which these charges are filed is October 1, 2011 to
March 31, 2013 on Sewer Account 7300 -0.
WHEREFORE, Claimant requests that a Municipal Lien be entered in its
favor and against the Defendant in the amount of six hundred fifty seven dollars
and sixty cents ($657.60), plus cost and reasonable attorney's fees.

March 23, 1987 and recorded on March 27, 1987, in the aforesaid Office at Misc. Book
331, Page 933, and further amended by a Third Amendment to Declaration of
Condominium dated June 12, 1987, and recorded on June 12, 1987, in the aforesaid
office at Misc. Boo 335, Page 283, and further amended by a Fourth Amendment to
Declaration of Condominium dated November 10, 1987, and recorded on November 30,
1987, . in the aforesaid office at Misc. Book 343, Page 368, and further amended by a Fifth
Amendment to Declaration of Condominium dated April 14, 1988 and recorded on April
18, 1988, in the aforesaid office at Misc. Book 348, Page 868 being and designated in
such Declaration, as so amended, as Unit No. 823. As more fully described in such
Declaration, as so amended together with a proportionate undivided interest in the

and as further amended by any further amendments thereto hereafter recorded in the

BEING the same premises which Christopher T. Elson and Jayme L. Elson, husband and
wife, by Deed dated March 9, 2005, and recorded March 18, 2005, in the Office of the
Recorder of Deeds in and for the County of Cumberland, Pennsylvania, in Book 267,
Page 5004, granted and conveyed unto Christopher T. Elson, married man. Christopher
T. Elson has since divorced and remarried. Megan Elson joins in this transaction to
convey any interest she may have in the premises as the spouse of Christopher T. Elson.
