NOW COMES the Borough of Mechanicsburg Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, by its attorney Lisa Marie Coyne, Esquire, and files the within
for charges assessed with respect to sewer and /or refuse rates against above`, o
named owner or owners and against the hereinafter described real estate as
follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
1. This claim is filed by the Borough of Mechanicsburg, a borough
organized and existing in accordance with the laws of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
2. The owner or reputed owner of the property, or party or parties
responsible or liable, for which this claim is filed is the Defendant(s).
3. The authority under which the sewer and /or refuse rates were changed
and assessed is the Act of July 18, 1935, P.L. 1286, Section 1, 53 P.S. §
2231, as amended.
4. Plaintiff has made demands for payment for services; however,
Defendant(s) have not made payments for the services provided.
5. The authority under which this claim is filed is the Act of May 16, 1923
P.L. 207, Section 9, e t seq ., 53P.S. §7143, as amended.

6. A description of the property against which this claim is filed is:

7. This claim has not been the subject of any previous claim and judgment
in the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County for sewer and /or
refuse charges.
8. The total amount of the charges for which this claim is filed is eight
hundred thirty three dollars and thirty five cents ($833.35), plus costs
and reasonable attorney's fees.
9. The time period for which these charges are filed is October 1, 2011 to
March 31, 2013 on Sewer and Refuse Account 2801 -0.
WHEREFORE, Claimant requests that a Municipal Lien be entered in its
favor and against the Defendant in the amount of eight hundred thirty three
dollars and thirty five cents ($833.35), plus cost and reasonable attorney's fees.

56 minutes east, along said dividing line, a distance of one hundred sixty-nine and six - tenths
(169.6) feet to a point; thence south 70 degrees 40 minutes west, a distance ofone hundred eight
and forty -one hundredths (180.41) feet to a point; thence north 61 degrees 28 minutes west, a
distance of ninety -three and five- tenths (93.5) feet to a point on the eastern side of Marble Street:
thence north 26 degrees 02 minutes east, a distance ofseventy -three (73) feet to Lot No. 38,
Section H, the place of BEGINNING.
BEING Lot 37, Section H, in the plan of lots of Blackburn Village, which plan is of record in the
Cumberland County Recorder's Ojflce in Plan Book 7, at page 7.
FIAVING thereon erected a brick dwelling house numbered 700 East Marble Street,
Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.
BEING the same premises which Linda A. Lepore, now by marriage Linda A. Rudisill, and
Robert E. Rudisill, her husband, by Deed dated February 15, 1993 and recorded April 2, 1993 in
the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book
D -36, page 971, granted and conveyed unto Jeffrey Brian Harvey and Sally Lori Harvey, his
wife, Grantors herein.

Together with all and singular the buildings, improvements, ways, woods, waters, watercourses,
rights, liberties, hereditaments and appurtenances to the ,same belonging or in anywise
appertaining, and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and
profits thereof, and of every part and parcel thereof And Also all the estate, right, title, interest,
use, possession, property, claim and demand whatsoever ofthe Grantors both in law and in
equity, or, in and to the premises herein described and every part and parcel thereof with the
appurtenances. To Have And To 11'old all and singular the premises herein described together
with the hereditaments and appurtenances unto the Grantees and the Grantees' proper use and

And the Grantors covenant that, except as may be herein set forth, they do and will Specially
Warrant and Defend the lands and premises, hereditaments and appurtenances hereby
conveyed, against the Grantors and all other persons lau fully claiming the .same or to claim the
same.
In all references herein to anypartles, persons, entities or corporations, the use ofany
particular gender or the plural or singular number is intended to include the appropriate gender
or number as the text of the within instrument may require.
Wherever in this instrument any party shall be designated or rc /erred to by name or
general reference, such designation is intended to and shall have the same effect as if the words
"heirs, executors, administrators, personal or legal representatives, successors and assigns "has
