NOW COMES the Borough of Mechanicsburg Cumberland County,,
Pennsylvania, by its attorney Lisa Marie Coyne, Esquire, and files the wit 11, lain
for charges assessed with respect to sewer and /or refuse rates against above
named owner or owners and against the hereinafter described real estate as
follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
1. This claim is filed by the Borough of Mechanicsburg, a borough
organized and existing in accordance with the laws of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
2. The owner or reputed owner of the property, or party or parties
responsible or liable, for which this claim is filed is the Defendant(s).
3. The authority under which the sewer and /or refuse rates were changed
and assessed is the Act of July 18, 1935, P.L. 1286, Section 1, 53 P.S. §
2231, as amended.
4. Plaintiff has made demands for payment for services; however,
Defendants) have not made payments for the services provided.
5. The authority under which this claim is filed is the Act of May 16, 1923
P.L. 207, Section 9, e t seq ., 53P.S. §7143, as amended. 4a/

6. A description of the property against which this claim is filed is:
205 North Market Street

Cumberland County
Pennsylvania 17055
TAX PARCEL NUMBER 19 -22- 0519 -101
7. This claim has not been the subject of any previous claim and judgment
in the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County for sewer and /or
refuse charges.
8. The total amount of the charges for which this claim is filed is seven
hundred three dollars and fifty cents ($703.50), plus costs and
reasonable attorney's fees.
9. The time period for which these charges are filed is January 1, 2012 to
March 31, 2013 on Sewer and Refuse Account 4339 -0.
WHEREFORE, Claimant requests that a Municipal Lien be entered in
its favor and against the Defendant in the amount of seven hundred three dollars
and fifty cents ($703.50), plus cost and reasonable attorney's fees.

This DEED, made this Y W "day of September, 2009,
BETWEEN: JOHN W. VOGELSONG and PAULA VOGELSONG, husband and wife, of Dillsburg, York
County, Pennsylvania, (hereinafter referred to as "Grantors ") parties of the first part;
AND: MICHAEL R. KENNEDY and ALLISON R. KENNEDY, husband and wife, of Mechanicsburg,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, (herein referred to as "Grantees ") parties of the second
part.
Witnesseth, that the Grantors for and in consideration of the sum of One and 00/100 ($1.00) Dollars,
lawful money of the United States of America, and other good and valuable considerations, to the Grantors in
hand well and truly paid by the Grantees, at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged and the Grantors being therewith fully satisfied, do by these presents grant,
bargain, sell and convey unto the Grantees forever, the described property:
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land together with improvements thereon erected, all situate in the Borough of
Mechanicsburg, County of Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being more particularly bounded
and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a post on the west side of North Market Street, at the corner of lands now or formerly of the
Harry S. Hamilton Estate, at property known as 207 N. Market Street; thence North 75 % degrees West,
177.00 feet, more or less, to Railroad Avenue; thence South 17 Yz degrees East, 15 feet and 6 inches to a
post; now or formerly of William H. Stoll and Grace Stoll, his wife, South 75 %degrees East, 135.00 feet to a
post; thence continuing eastwardly in a line parallel 42.00 feet to a post on Market Street; thence North 17
degrees West, 14.00 feet and 4' /z inches to the point and place of BEGINNING.
BEING designated in prior deeds as part of Lot No. 13 on a Plan of Lots of said Street.
HAVING erected thereon a single family dwelling known and numbered as 205 North Market Street,
Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.
BEING the same premises which Kimberly J. Ginter and Jeffrey C. Ginter, by Quit Claim Deed dated July 1,
2005, and recorded in the Recorder of Deeds Office in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Deed
Book 269, Page 3981, granted and conveyed unto John W. Vogelsong and Paula Vogelsong, Grantors herein.
ALSO BEING part of the same premises which Paul R. Logan and Nellie M. Logan, by deed dated November
17, 1993, and recorded in the Recorder of Deeds Office in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Deed
Book "Q ", Volume 36, Page 653, granted and conveyed unto John W. Vogelsong and Paula R. Vogelsong.
This transaction is exempt from realty transfer tax as it is a transfer between parents and daughter
and son -in -law.
Together with all and singular the buildings, improvements, ways, woods, waters, watercourses,
rights, liberties, privileges, hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise
appertaining; and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof,
and of every part and parcel thereof; AND also all the estate, rights, title, interest, use, possession, property,
claim and demand whatsoever of the Grantors both in law and in equity, of, in .and to the premises herein
described and every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances. TO have and to hold all and singularthe
premises herein described together with the hereditaments and appurtenances unto the Grantees and to
Grantees' proper use and benefit forever.
And the Grantors covenants that, except as may be herein set forth, they do and will SPECIALLY
WARRANT and DEFEND, the lands and premises, hereditaments and appurtenances hereby conveyed,

against the Grantors and all other persons lawfully claiming the same or to claim the same, by, from or under
them.
In all references herein to any parties, persons, entities or corporations, the use of any particular
gender or the plural or singular number is intended to include the appropriate gender or number as the text of
the within instrument may require.
Wherever in this instrument any party shall be designated or referred to by name or general
reference, such designation is intended to and shall have the same effect as if the words "heirs, executors,
administrators, personal or legal representatives, successors and assigns" had been inserted after each and
every such designation.
