NOW COMES the Borough of Mechanicsburg Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, by its attorney Lisa Marie Coyne, Esquire, and files the within claim
for charges assessed with respect to sewer and /or refuse rates against above
named owner or owners and against the hereinafter described real estate as
follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
1. This claim is filed by the Borough of Mechanicsburg, a borough
organized and existing in accordance with the laws of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
2. The owner or reputed owner of the property, or party or parties
responsible or liable, for which this claim is filed is the Defendant(s).
3. The authority under which the sewer and /or refuse rates were changed
and assessed is the Act of July 18, 1935, P.L. 1286, Section 1, 53 P.S. §
2231, as amended.
4. Plaintiff has made demands for payment for services; however,
Defendant(s) have not made payments for the services provided.
5. The authority.under which this claim is filed is the Act of May 16, 1923
P.L. 207, Section 9, e t seq ., 53P.S. §7143, as amended.

7. This claim has not been the subject of any previous claim and judgment
in the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County for sewer and /or
refuse charges.
8. The total amount of the charges for which this claim is filed is five
hundred and fourty four dollars and fifteen cents ($544.15), plus costs
and reasonable attorney's fees.
9. The time period for which these charges are filed is April 1, 2012 to
March 31, 2013 on Sewer and Refuse Account 5674 -0.
WHEREFORE, Claimant requests that a Municipal Lien be entered in its
favor and against the Defendant in the amount of five hundred and fourty four
dollars and fifteen cents ($544.15), plus cost and reasonable attorney's fees.

which is in the division line between Lots Nos. 1 and 2 on the
hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots; thence along the same and passing
through the center line of the party wall between the double two and
one -half story frame dwelling erected on Lot No. 1 and known as 327
South Washington Street and beyond, and through the center line of a
double concrete block garage building erected on the rear North 75
degrees 15 minutes East, 119.98 feet to a point in the center line of
a twenty (20) foot wide public alley known as Monroe Alley; thence
along the same South 12 degrees 37 minutes East, 40.15 feet to a
point; thence along land now or formerly of Charles E. and Sara E.
Crouse and passing through an iron pin located on the western line of
Monroe Alley South 74 degrees 51 minutes West, 118.67 feet to an iron
pin in the eastern line of South Washington Street; thence along the
same North 14 degrees 30 minutes West, 40.95 feet to a point in the
division line between Lots Nos. 1 and 2 at the point and place of

BEING Lot No. 2 on the final subdivision plan for Charles E. Crouse
which is recorded in Plan Book 31, Page 47.
HAVING thereon erected the southern one -half of a double one and one -
half story frame dwelling house known and numbered as 329 South
Washington Street, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania 17055.
BEING the same premises which Harry G. Banzhoff and Joan F. Banzhoff,
husband and wife, by their deed dated November 13, 1992, and recorded
November 16, 1992, in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book Z -35, Page 493, granted
and conveyed unto Robert K. Banzhoff and Lori A. Banzhoff, husband and
wife, Grantors herein.
AND the said Grantors hereby covenant and agree that they will
warrant specially the property hereby conveyed.
