IN RE: PETITION FOR CONTEMPT
ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 5th day of April, 2013, this being the
time and place set for a hearing on Douglas Clouser ' s Petition for
Contempt and after hearing in the matter, the parties having
reached somewhat of a consensus,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DIRECTED that Debra Houseman
shall vacate the contested premises on or before 6: 00 p.m. on
Sunday, April 14th, 2013 . Both parties will be permitted to be
present to observe the auctioneer David Rowe appraise the items
that will be for sale from this estate. Douglas Clouser is
authorized to take such actions as to move any property or make
necessary repairs to the property in order to facilitate its sale .
Douglas Clouser shall keep an account of moneys expended to perform
these tasks which will then later be considered in the final
distribution of this estate . Debra Houseman will provide her
counsel with keys to the house who will give them to Mr. Palermo to
facilitate entry into the house.
