Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax Supplemental Return and an original
and one (1) copy of the Supplemental Inventory. We are also
enclosing an extra first page of the Return and Inventory.
Please time-stamp the extra first pages of the Return and
Inventory and return them to our office, along with the
appropriate receipts, in the enclosed self-addressed and stamped
envelope .
We are enclosing a check made payable to "Register of Wills"
in the amount of $30 . 00, same representing the filing fee for the
Supplemental Return and Inventory, and a check made payable to
"Register of Wills, Agent" in the amount of $286 . 35, same
representing payment of additional Pennsylvania Inheritance Taxes
and interest .
