STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, Joshua L. Shipley and Sarah Heun Jin Chang - Shipley ( "Owners ") are about to enter
into a construction agreement for a custom home with Landmark Builders, Inc. ("Builder') for a new
residential home on property situated at Lot No. 9, Willow Lake Drive, Mechanicsburg, PA 170SS, as
described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto. 3S SS
NOW, this ��`day ofAx 2012, before any authority has been given by Owners to
Contractor to commence work on said property or purchase materials for the same, in consideration of
making the above - described Agreement between Owners and Builder, and in further consideration of
One ($1.00) Dollar paid to Builder by Owners, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and
intending to be legally bound hereby, it is agreed that no liens or claims shall be filed or maintained
against the Owners' improvements and land described herein or any interest of Owners therein by
Builder or any of its subcontractors or by any of the materialmen or workmen, or by any other person
acting through or under them, for or on account of any labor or materials purchased, or extra labor or
materials purchased for, towards, in or about the erection, construction, design and improvement of
said improvements, under said contract or otherwise, the right to have, file and maintain such liens or
claims against the improvements and the land described herein, being hereby expressed WAIVED by the
Builder for itself, its subcontractors, all materialmen or workmen and others acting through or under
them.
