I, TOMMY LEE HIPPENSTEEL, currently of Silver Spring Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding,do make,
publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void any and all
prior Wills and Codicils by me at any time heretofore made.

All the rest, residue and remainder of my Estate, real, personal and mixed, whatsoever
and wheresoever situate,I give,devise, and bequeath to my mother, SARAH HIPPENSTEEL,
and my trusted friend, CHRISTINE BIDDLE, share and share alike, any balance then remaining.
In the event either of them predeceases me,then to the survivor of them.

CLARIFICATION AS TO MY INTENTIONS HEREIN WITH REGARD TO MY
SAID PRESENT WIFE: I am currently not in the best of health. So far as the laws of this
Commonwealth will permit my wishes to be carried out in the event of my separation or divorce
from my said wife,I want this gift to remain as herein set forth regardless of any separation or
divorce if any there should be. I make this direction only after the most careful thought and
consideration and in view of the fact that I could conceivably become incapacitated and unable to re-
execute my Will in order to re-confirm this gift in the event of a separation or divorce,

It is my intention that beneficiaries named before or after the date of this Will on my life
insurance, annuities, individual retirement accounts (IRAs), in Trust for or joint bank accounts and
any other assets for which I may designate beneficiaries will receive such investments and that my
Will provisions shall not control such investments.

In the event that any of the above-mentioned beneficiaries shall undertake to contest this,my
Last Will and Testament, in any way,form, or manner whatsoever,I direct that any share to which
he/she/they may be arguably entitled shall be forfeited and shall be divided and distributed among
the other beneficiaries in the proportions and priorities as to payments as set forth above. I further
direct that, insofar as I am legally authorized to do so, my said Executor and his counsel are to seek
the payment of any attorney's fees and court costs incurred in a defense of this, my Last Will and
Testament, from such contest or similar proceeding.
7.
1 nominate, constitute and appoint my trusted friend,JOHN B.HESS,to be the Executor of
this my Last Will and Testament. In the event that he is unable or unwilling to act as Executor, I
appoint my trusted friend,COL.JOHN HOBERLE,to be Executor in his place and stead. I further
direct that they shall not be required to file bond or other security in the Office of the Register of
Wills for the purpose of administering my Estate.
