GERALDINE M. MELVIN
I, GERALDINE M.MELVIN, of 57 S. 39th Street, Camp Hill, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, do make and declare this to be my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all
prior Wills and Codicils.
FIRST: I direct that all my debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon after my death as
may be practicable. I further direct that all estate, inheritance,transfer, legacy, or succession
taxes which may be assessed to my estate, or any part of my estate, whether passing under my
will, shall be paid out of my residuary estate as an expense of administration and without
apportionment.
SECOND: I give the rest and residue of my estate as follows:
(a) Forty-Five Percent(45%)to my daughter, VALERIE GREEN;
(b) Forty-Five Percent(45%)to my grandson, JORDON T. CONNELLY; and
(c) Ten Percent(10%)to my daughter, ELAINE CONNELLY.
In the event my daughter, Valerie Green, does not survive me by Thirty(30) days,her share shall
be divided as follows: Ninety Percent(90%)to Jordon T. Connelly and Ten Percent(10%)to
Elaine Connelly. In the event my daughter, Elaine Connelly, does not survive me by thirty(30)
days her share shall be divided equally between Valerie Green and Jordon T. Connelly. If none

of my heirs, above-named, survive me by Thirty(30) days, then the rest and residue of my estate
shall pass to the issue, if any, of my heirs, above-named, in equal shares.
THIRD: Any share of my estate passing to Jordan T. Connelly, shall be held in Trust
until Jordan T. Connelly reaches the age of twenty-one (21). The Trustee shall be VALERIE
GREEN. The Trustee shall have the right, in its sound and reasonable discretion, to invade the
corpus of the Trust to provide for the reasonable support, comfort, welfare, maintenance and
education of Jordan T. Connelly, so as to alleviate any emergency, exigency, or other sufficient
cause which may arise as to my grandson's well-being during the term of this Trust. The Trustee
shall also:
(a) Distribute the first One-Third(1/3) of the corpus and income, if any, to
Jordan T. Connelly within Ninety(90) days of my death;
(b) Distribute the remaining Two-Thirds (2/3) of the corpus and income to
Jordan T. Connelly on his Twenty-First(2 1)birthday; and
(c) In the event that Jordan T. Connelly has predeceased me, or shall die during
the term of this Trust,the corpus and my accumulated income shall pass to the surviving heirs as
follows: Ninety Percent(90%)to Valerie Green and Ten Percent(10%)to Elaine Connelly.
FOURTH: Without limiting the powers conferred by statute or by general rules of law,
my Executrix is specifically authorized and empowered:
(a) To invest any funds of my estate in any corporate shares, bonds, notes, or
other securities or property, real or personal, including any common or commingled funds
maintained by my Executrix. This is to reflect my intention to give the broadest investment
powers and discretion to my Executrix;

(b) To sell or otherwise dispose of any property,real or personal, at any time
forming a part of my estate, for cash or upon credit, in such a way and on such terms as my
Executrix may deem best;
(c) To manage, operate, repair, improve, mortgage, and lease for any term any
real estate at any time held;
(d) To make distribution in cash or in kind upon any division of my estate; and
(e) In general, to exercise all powers in the management of my estate which any
individual could exercise in the management of similar property in his own right, and to do all
acts which my Executrix deems necessary or proper to carry out the purposes of this will.
FIFTH: I appoint my daughter, VALERIE GREEN, Executrix of this Will. No
Executrix acting hereunder shall be required to post bond or enter surety in any jurisdiction.
