Pykosh, Esquire, and files the following municipal claim against The Estate of A. Grace Cocklin, also known as Ada Grace Cocklin, of which A. Grace Cocklin owns the property located at 802 Fairfield Street, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania 17055. A. Grace Cocklin, is the owner of all that certain lot of ground, including any improvements thereon, being more fully described as follows: ALL THOSE TWO CERTAIN adjacent lots of ground situate on the North side of Fairfield Street in the Township of Monroe, County of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, and being Lots No. 83 and 84 in a certain plan of lots known as Point Comfort, laid out for George B. Vogelsong and Minnie C. Vogelsong, his wife, which said plan of lots remains of record in the Cumberland County Recorder's Office in Plan Book 2, at Page 36, more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit: BEGINNING at a point in the northside of Fairfield Street at the division line between Lots No. 82 and 83 in the aforementioned plan of lots; thence along the northside of Fairfield Street in a westerly direction one hundred (100) feet to a point in the division line between Lots No. 84 and 85 in said plan; thence along the division line between Lots No. 84 and 85 in a northerly direction, one hundred forty -one and five- tenths (141.5) feet to a point in the southern line of a five (5) foot wide right -of -way; thence along the southern line of said five (5) foot wide right -of -way in a easterly direction one hundred (100) feet to a point in the division line between Lots No. 82 and 83 in said plan, aforesaid; thence along the division line between Lots No. 82 and 83 in a southerly direction one hundred forty -one and five- tenths (141.5) feet to a point in the northerly line of Fairfield Street, aforesaid, at the place of BEGINNING. BEING THE SAME PREMISES which Frank Barton Miller and Mary Virginia Miller, his wife, by Deed dated November 18, 1960, and recorded in the Recorder of Deeds Office in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Book B -20, Page 383, granted and conveyed unto A. Grace Cocklin, single woman. TAX PARCEL NO. 22-24-0783-045. Monroe Township Municipal Authority hereby files this Municipal Lien for Services and Sewer Rates levied and assessed from through and including. Said Authority services and sewer rates were levied and assessed pursuant to Authority Resolution No. 02 -04, same being known as a Resolution of the Board of Monroe Township Municipality Authority imposing user charges to be collected from the owner of each improved property served or to be served by the Authority's sewer system, in conjunction with all prior relevant Resolutions and Ordinances, including, but not necessarily limited to, Monroe Township Ordinance No. 3 of 1978 and Monroe Township Ordinance No. 99 -6, as amended; and providing for payment and collection of such user charges. Attached hereto and incorporated herein are the statement(s) forwarded by Monroe Township Municipal Authority for sewerage dues treated from October 1, 2012, through March 31, 2013, which services total is in the amount of seven hundred fifty -two and 00 /100 ($752.00) dollars, which sum was duly assessed against, and the real property described herein from the date of said billing statements as attached hereto, and for which sum, with interest in the amount of ten (10 %) percent, along with penalties and all costs, including attorneys' fees, a municipal lien is claimed against the above - described real property and premises in accordance with the Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, §7, as amended, 53 P.S. §7101, et seq, as amended (Municipal Claims and Tax Liens).
