MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR SEWER /WATER RATES
NOW COMES the Borough of Mechanicsburg Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, by its attorney Lisa Marie Coyne, Esquire, and files the within claim
for charges assessed with respect to sewer and /or refuse rates against above
named owner or owners and against the hereinafter described real estate as
follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
1. This claim is filed by the Borough of Mechanicsburg, a borough organized
and existing in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania.
2. The owner or reputed owner of the property, or party or parties
responsible or liable, for which this claim is filed is the Defendant(s).
3. The authority under which the sewer and /or refuse rates were changed
and assessed is the Act of July 18, 1935, P.L. 1286, Section 1, 53 P.S. § 2231,
as amended.
4. Plaintiff has made demands for payment for services; however,
Defendants) have not made payments for the services provided.
5. The authority under which this claim is filed is the Act of May 16, 1923
P.L. 207, Section 9, et sea ., 53P.S. §7143, as amended.

6. A description of the property against which this claim is filed is:
216 West Coover Street
Borough of Mechanicsburg
Cumberland County
Pennsylvania 17055
TAX PARCEL NUMBER 20 -24- 0785 -391
7. This claim has not been the subject of any previous claim and judgment
in the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County for sewer and /or
refuse charges.
8. The total amount of the charges for which this claim is filed is
six hundred seventy two dollars and five cents ($672.05), plus costs and
reasonable attorney's fees.
9. The time period for which these charges are filed is April 1, 2012 to March 31,
2013 on Sewer and Refuse Account 5323 -0.
WHEREFORE, Claimant requests that a Municipal Lien be entered in its
favor and against the Defendant in the amount of six hundred seventy two dollars
and five cents ($672.05), plus cost and reasonable attorney's fees.

Hundred 1893,500.00) Dollars, in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged by the Grantor, the said Grantor does hereby grant and convey in fee
simple to the sold Grantees
All that certain House and Lot of Ground situate In the Borough of Mechanicsburg,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described
according to a survey thereof made by W. G. Rachel, registered surveyor, dated
March 18, 1948, as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northern .street line of West Coover Street,
which said point is at the intersection of said northern street line of
West Coover Street with the eastern line of a twenty (20) foot wide
public alley; thence extending along the eastern line of said twenty (20)
toot wide alley in a northerly direction, a distance of 140.00 feet to a
point In the southern line of another twenty (20) foot wide public alley;
thence extending along the southern line of the last mentioned twenty
(20) foot wide public alley in an easterly direction, a distance of 74.50
feet to an Iron pin at corner of Lot new or formerly of Philip L. Weigel

Lot now or formerly of Philip L. Weigel and Game R. Weigel, his wife, a
distance of 140.00 feet to an iron pin in the northern street line of West
Coover Street, aforesaid; thence extending along the northern street line
of West Coover Street In a westerly direction, a distance of 74.50 feat
to a paint In the eastern line of a twenty (201 foot wide public alley, first
mentioned above, at the point of BEGINNING.
HAVING thereon erected a single family residential dwelling known and
numbered as 216 West Coover Street, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.
BEING the same real estate which Brady Fultz, Executor of the Last Will and
Testament of Pearl E. Wenger, single woman, by Deed dated October 27, 1969, and
recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania
in Deed Book Volume 34 -G -25, conveyed to Robert R. Haffly, single, Grantor herein.
This conveyance is a transfer from brother to sister and husband, and is therefore
exempt from Pennsylvania Realty Tax.
And the said Grantor will warrant specially the property hereby conveyed.
