PRINCIPAL OF AN INCAPACITATED PERSON
ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 10th day of April, 2013, after
having heard testimony in this matter and having heard argument
from counsel on the Petition for Allowance of Distribution of
Principal of an Incapacitated Person, this matter is hereby taken
under advisement . Counsel for Petitioner is ordered to provide
this Court within 20 days of the date of this order a new proposed
decree and any information pertaining thereto as to how there may
be assets left in the estate of the incapacitated person such that
the State may then recover some of those assets for payment of her
stay at the Jewish Home and any nursing home, after the
incapacitated person is deceased.
